CONTINGENCY PLAN COVID-19
Below are the preventive actions and measures within the framework of the Covid-19 Singulars Hotels and Restaurants Contingency Plan, applicable in each of the hotels belonging to the group.
PREVENTIVE KIT IN ROOMS
A kit will be provided to each guest that will contain: gloves, masks and disinfecting wipes.
WORKERS PREVENTIVE KIT
All workers will be provided with gloves, chinstraps, protective masks and hydroalcoholic solution, which will be mandatory, without exceptions. Cleaning staff with elbow-length gloves, face masks and visors. The kitchen staff, with their usual protections.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Temperature control will be carried out on each employee at the time they enter work. In the case of guests, they will be offered to check the temperature at check-in.
ROOM DISINFECTION
Cleaning the rooms and common areas has always been a priority and key aspect. The meticulous cleaning of the rooms will be reinforced with hygiene products, special to combat the virus.
CHECK IN ONLINE
Through a new platform, guests will be able to check in through their mobile phones, thus reducing the stay at the reception and eliminating the exchange of papers. In hotels where the online check-in platform is not implemented, the guest will only deliver the DNI and the room keys will be automatically delivered, which will be disinfected in front of the client.
DISTANCE
We have reorganized the distribution of tables and / or living rooms, thus complying with the safety distance indicated by the health authorities. We will control the security distance of our guests. We will keep closed all those areas that cannot maintain this safety distance until further notice.
CHANGE AND EXTENSION OF SCHEDULES
Extension of the hours of breakfast, lunch and dinner services. Each hotel will organize different shifts so that our guests are calm and relaxed. Lunch and dinner two shifts, depending on occupation. Breakfast, three hours.
RESTAURANTS SERVICE
We will provide the restoration service. The first days, we offer a free room service for lunch and dinner. Room service breakfast, extra cost.
RESTAURANTS MENUS
Access to the menus and menus of each of the restaurants through a QR code.
INDICATIONS OF THE SANITARY PROTOCOL
Indicative signs both in the restaurant and in common spaces and rooms indicating all the recommended preventive measures.
